Care for the Caregiver 2026 Attendees,

As we reflect on this year’s Care for the Caregiver Retreat, we are filled with deep gratitude.

This year, we welcomed 200 caregivers into one shared space—each bringing their own story, shaped by love, resilience, and the realities of caregiving.

Over the course of just a few days we witnessed something truly meaningful take place: genuine connection. Honest conversations, shared experiences, and a sense of understanding that is often difficult to find elsewhere.

This year was especially significant as we expanded our community to include dads for the first time. It was an honor to see new connections form and to create space for more caregivers to feel seen, supported, and valued.

Caregiving can be isolating. It can be overwhelming. And it can often go unseen. This retreat exists to change that, to offer a place where caregivers can connect, reflect, and be reminded that they are not alone.

Throughout the weekend, there were moments of laughter, vulnerability, and renewal. Moments where the weight of caregiving felt just a little lighter.

To everyone who attended, thank you for being part of this experience, and taking the time to connect with others. You make the retreat.

This was more than an event. It was a community coming together to support one another in meaningful and lasting ways.

While it’s difficult to fully capture the impact of this weekend, we know it will continue in the relationships formed, the conversations started, and the sense of connection carried forward.
